Consydera Electric makes its debut at Coiltech 2025.

Consydera will be a key player at the upcoming edition of Coiltech Augsburg, the international trade fair dedicated to technologies for coil winding, scheduled for March 26th and 27th, 2025.

On this occasion, we will officially present CONSYDERA ELECTRIC, the new electric division born from the synergy between the advanced expertise of Aussafer and HAILTEC GmbH. This highly specialized entity focuses on the prototyping and production of electrical components, including:

• Electric motor prototypes
• Collector bars
• Connectors
• Bipolar plates for fuel cells

Among the solutions on display, we will highlight a demonstration component for electric mobility: a "puzzle piece" for a stator, made of NO20 electrical steel, laser-cut with micrometric precision and carefully stacked by hand. It is the same level of precision we apply in the creation of components for space applications.
