Magnetic lamination
We produce magnetic sheets through laser cutting at very high precision, with tolerances up to ±5μm, for the most varied applications: from prototypes of the electric motors of the future to emobility, to large hydroelectric generators, from small micro motors to generator repairs in the service.
Our technology is ideal for prototypes and small and medium series production, where precision and flexibility are essential requirements.Thanks to a fully integrated production cycle, we are able to produce prototypes and special series of stator and rotor packs, as well as finished stator and rotor.
Each phase of the process is managed internally to guarantee quality, traceability and constant performance in each component.
Absolute precision for the production of magnetic laminations for stator and rotor stacks for electric motor prototypes, or for the repair of medium/large motors and generators. A wide range of magnetic laminations in various grades, thicknesses, and insulation types is available in stock.
We produce high-performance stator and rotor packs using advanced assembly technologies, including Backlack gluing, automated welding and laser welding, ensuring mechanical rigidity, dimensional precision and very low magnetic losses. These solutions are ideal for new generation motors and generators, where efficiency, compactness and reliability are key requirements.
Medium-scale hybrid process with very high flexibility.
An advanced process to remove any burrs from punching or laser cutting, and then coat the magnetic laminations with special insulations, reducing hysteresis losses in hydroelectric generators.
