A significant example of this commitment is Aussafer's adoption of a highly innovative photovoltaic system. This system, with a capacity of approximately 2000 kW and covering an area of 35,000 m², provides 40% of the energy required for the company’s production activities and generates an additional 50% of clean energy, returning it to the grid and contributing to the community’s energy supply.
Our commitment to reducing environmental impact has led to tangible results: in 2023, the Consydera Group reduced its CO₂ emissions (scope 1 and scope 2) by 25% per million euros of revenue compared to the previous year. This saving is equivalent to the emissions produced by 15 round-trip flights between Venice and Paris for a single passenger.
Thanks to new initiatives dedicated to skill development, 87% of employees have participated in training programs, with an average of 17 hours of training per employee. This commitment ensures an increasingly prepared and motivated workforce, capable of facing market challenges with professionalism and innovation.
Workplace safety is a top priority. For this reason, the Group has intensified injury prevention initiatives and obtained important certifications. In particular, in 2024, Laserjet, one of the companies in the group, achieved ISO 45001 certification, an international recognition for the management of health and safety at work.
The commitment to the territory translates into collaborations with organizations and associations working for the common good. Among the many initiatives supported, notable ones include the Progetto Autismo FVG Onlus, which supports people with autism spectrum disorders and their families, and Telethon, a foundation dedicated to research on rare genetic diseases.
Through these projects and many other initiatives, the Consydera Group reaffirms its commitment to being a responsible and proactive actor in building a more sustainable and inclusive future.
